Beloved people of Iran, my courageous compatriots,

Over the past two weeks—especially in the last four days—you have shaken the foundations of the illegitimate Islamic Republic through massive, nationwide demonstrations. Now, relying on your overwhelming response to the recent calls, and with the public mandate I have received from you, I am announcing a new phase of the national uprising to overthrow the Islamic Republic and reclaim our beloved Iran.

1. Inside Iran: In addition to taking and holding the central streets of our cities, all institutions and apparatuses responsible for the regime’s propaganda and for cutting communications are to be regarded as legitimate targets. Employees of state institutions, as well as members of the armed and security forces, have a choice: stand with the people and become allies of the nation, or choose complicity with the murderers of the people—and bear the nation’s lasting shame and condemnation.

2. Outside Iran: All Iranian embassies and consulates belong to the Iranian people. The time has come for them to be adorned with Iran’s national flag, in place of the disgraceful banner of the Islamic Republic.

We stand on the threshold of reclaiming our beloved Iran from the Islamic Republic. Khamenei and his regime have already suffered several heavy blows at your hands, and we must not allow them a moment to recover. The regime faces a severe shortage of forces of repression; the increase in gunfire against the people is not a sign of strength, but of fear—fear of collapse and an accelerated downfall. We will not allow these criminals to spill any more of our young people’s blood. We will not give them that chance. We will not retreat.

Iran’s freedom is near. The blood shed by Iran’s immortal sons and daughters guides our path to toward victory. We are not alone. International support will soon arrive. Standby for my next messages. Very soon, we will reclaim our beloved Iran back from the Islamic Republic, and celebrations of freedom and victory will fill every corner of our country.

ملت عزیز ایران، هم‌وطنان شجاعم،

شما در دو هفته گذشته بویژه در چهار روز اخیر با تظاهرات میلیونی، پایه‌های رژیم نامشروع جمهوری اسلامی را به لرزه در آورده‌اید. اینک، با اتکا به پاسخ میلیونی شما به فراخوان‌های روزهای گذشته، و با مشروعیت و مقبولیتی که از شما دریافت کرده‌ام، مرحله دیگری از خیزش ملی برای سرنگونی جمهوری اسلامی و باز‌پس‌گیری ایرانِ عزیز را اعلام می‌کنم.

۲. در خارج از ایران، تمامی سفارت‌خانه‌ها و کنسولگری‌های ایران، متعلق به ملت ایران است، و زمان آن رسیده که به جای پرچم ننگین جمهوری اسلامی، با پرچم ملی ایران مزین شود.

ما در آستانه بازپس‌گیری ایران عزیز از جمهوری اسلامی هستیم. خامنه‌ای و رژیمش، چندین ضربه سنگین از شما خورده‌اند و نباید به آنها مهلت تنفس دوباره بدهیم. رژیم با کمبود جدی نیروی سرکوب روبرو است و افزایش تیراندازی به سوی مردم، نه از سرِ اقتدار، بلکه ناشی از کمبود مزدور، و ترس از فروپاشی و سقوط سریعتر است. ما اجازه نخواهیم داد که این جانیان، خون جوانان ما را بیش از این بر زمین بریزند. ما به آنها فرصت نخواهیم داد. ما به عقب باز نمی‌گردیم.

آزادی ایران نزدیک است. خون‌های به‌زمین‌ریخته‌شده‌ی فرزندان جاویدنام ایران، هدایتگر ما به سوی پیروزی است. ما تنها نیستیم. کمک‌های جهانی نیز به‌زودی می‌رسد. منتظر پیام‌های بعدی من باشید. ما به‌زودی ایران عزیز را از جمهوری اسلامی پس خواهیم گرفت و در همه جای ایران، جشن آزادی و پیروزی را برپا خواهیم کرد.

My compatriots,

By your widespread and courageous presence in the streets across Iran for the third consecutive night, you have severely weakened Khamenei’s repressive apparatus and his regime. Reliable reports have reached me indicating that the Islamic Republic is facing a severe shortage of mercenaries to confront the millions of people in the streets, and so far many armed and security forces have left their workplaces or disobeyed orders to suppress the people. What remains for Khamenei is a minority of violent mercenaries who, like their criminal leader, are non-Iranian and anti-Iranian, and consider you—the great nation of Iran—their enemy. Know that they will face consequences for their actions.

While reiterating my second call for 6:00 PM today, Sunday (21 Dey), I ask all of you to go to the main streets of the cities in groups with your friends and family members; along the way, do not separate from one another or from the crowds of people; and do not take side streets that could endanger your lives.

Know that you are not alone. Your compatriots around the world are proudly shouting your voice, and you will surely see images of their numerous and widespread presence on television screens. The world today stands with your national revolution and admires your courage. In particular, President Trump, as the leader of the free world, has closely observed your indescribable bravery and has declared that he is ready to help you.

Do not abandon the streets. My heart is with you. I know that I will soon be by your side.

هم‌چنین، از همه شما می‌خواهم امروز و فردا، شنبه و یکشنبه (۲۰ و ۲۱ دی‌ماه)، این بار، از ساعت ۶ بعدازظهر، با پرچم، تصاویر و نمادهای ملی به خیابان‌ها بیایید و فضاهای عمومی را از آنِ خود کنید. هدف ما دیگر، صِرفاً آمدن به خیابان نیست؛ هدف، آمادگی برای تسخیر مراکز شهرها و حفظ آن‌هاست.

برای رسیدن‌ به این هدف، تا حد امکان از مسیرهای مختلف به‌سوی بخش‌های مرکزی‌تر شهرها حرکت کنید و جمعیت‌های جدا را به هم پیوند بزنید. هم‌زمان، از همین حالا برای ماندن در خیابان آماده شوید و تدارکات لازم را تهیه کنید.

به جوانان گارد جاویدان ایران، و همه نیروهای مسلح و امنیتی که به پلتفرم همکاری ملی پیوسته‌اند، می‌گویم: ماشین سرکوب را بیش از پیش، کند و مختل کنید تا در روز موعود، آن را کاملا از کار بیندازیم.

Millions of Iranians demanded their freedom tonight. In response, the regime in Iran has cut all lines of communication. It has shut down the Internet. It has cut landlines. It may even attempt to jam satellite signals.

I want to thank the leader of the free world, President Trump, for reiterating his promise to hold the regime to account. It is time for others, including European leaders, to follow his lead, break their silence, and act more decisively in support of the people of Iran.

I call on them to use all technical, financial, and diplomatic resources available to restore communication to the Iranian people so that their voice and their will can be heard and seen. Do not let the voices of my courageous compatriots be silenced.

Great nation of Iran, the eyes of the world are upon you. Take to the streets and, as a united front, shout your demands. I warn the Islamic Republic, its leader, and the IRGC that the world and @POTUS are closely watching you. Suppression of the people will not go unanswered.
