Iranian commander Mohammad Pakpour just went on state TV to accuse the U.S. and Israel of masterminding Iran's nationwide protests.

He said what they're doing is a "hybrid war" plot.

Pakpour is bragging that Iran's military is primed for a "decisive" smackdown on any "enemy miscalculation."
