BREAKING: German authorities caution airlines from entering Iranian airspace

BREAKING: Dozens of commercial ships have dropped theirs anchors at a distance outside Iran's ports due to the 'risk of collateral damage in the event of air strikes on nearby infrastructure', according to Reuters report.

Dozens of commercial ships have dropped anchor at a distance outside several of Iran's ports in recent days, as tensions continue to escalate with the United States and fears mount of possible strikes against Iran’s oil and port facilities on the Persian Gulf, according to shipping data and sources who spoke to Reuters.

At least 25 bulk carriers were stationary in Iran’s Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) off the Major Port of Bandar Imam Khomeini on the Persian Gulf, while a further 25 ships including container and cargo vessels had dropped anchor further south off the Port of Bandar Abbas within the Strait of Hormuz.

The question now is WHAT IS HIS OBJECTIVE

Option 1: Destroy the regime as a whole

Option 2: Weaken the regime and get rid of the Supreme Leader (Think Venezuela: Same regime, different head)

Option 3: Destroy the regime and Iran as a military power (Worst case scenario, think Syria and Iraq)

Option 4: A symbolic strike before entering negotiations

If the plan is option 1 or 3, then be prepared for a prolonged war that is likely catastrophic for the region.

If the plan is option 4, then protesters will feel betrayed, and Israel won’t be happy at all and may intervene to finish the job.

So this leaves us with Option 2, the scenario I think achieves America’s (and Israel’s) objectives, at least partially, without destroying Iran as a state and spiraling the region into chaos.

🇮🇱🇮🇷 🇮🇱 IDF TO ISRAELIS: “WE’RE READY FOR IRAN, STOP SPREADING PANIC”

The Israeli military says they’re watching everything super closely and are ready for whatever happens next.

The Chief of Staff ordered defenses boosted across the board just in case.

Both IDF spokesmen, Avichay Adraee and Effie Defrin, are saying the same thing: don’t freak out, don’t spread random stuff online, and stick to official updates.

No changes to Israel’s defense policy for now.

🇮🇷 Now CNN is saying Trump is "compelled" to strike Iran.

I think it's certain now the strikes will happen, and possible in the next 24-48 hours, so no need to post more about xyz claiming Trump made this decision.

What I'm looking for now is any indication of Trump's objective: Regime change, or a symbolic strike before entering negotiations.

The U.S. Air Force’s evacuation of military aircraft from Al Udeid Air Base has begun in preparation of strikes against Iran, with a steady stream of at least 6 KC-135R/T “Stratotanker” Aerial-Refueling Tankers seen departing the base in Qatar.

🇦🇪 The UAE did NOT lobby Trump to not strike Iran, unlike Saudi, Oman and Qatar.

Weird... as Iran is a big trading partner of the UAE

Not sure if this is somehow related to the rift between Saudi and the UAE in Yemen
